Please meet our three Mission Coordinators who will be leading our mission in Germany:

 

MC1: Hanna Efremenko

Hanna_PhotoI am Hanna from Belarus. Previously I was serving in my first EOM as Junior Operations Expert in Uzbekistan with OSCE/ODIHR. In addition, I was granted a great opportunity to perform in the position of a Long-Term Observer during OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission to Bulgaria 2017. Before that, I was involved as a Senior Operations Assistant and Assistant to Finance Officer in OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Missions during the Presidential Election 2015 and Parliamentary Elections 2016 in Belarus. I hold certificates of Bachelor degree in Finance from Belarusian State University and in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. I am pleased to join the AEGEE Election Observation Mission to Germany and strongly believe that this experience will be highly valuable and extremely interesting for all the participants. Besides elections-related activities, I also have a deep interest in IT projects coordination.

 

MC2: Guillaume Loiseau

Guillaume_PhotoI am Guillaume from Nantes in France. Last year, I've finished my Master degree in Law between the universities of Strasbourg, Freiburg im Breisgau and Basel, with comparative Law as focus point. I've also studied in Mainz (Germany) in total a year and a half as Erasmus student and then as LL.M. student. Currently, I am working at the Council of Europe in the Electoral Assistance Division, where we provide technical assistance of the Member States in various of themes related to elections. As French citizen, I also participate in the organisation of the elections in working in polling stations, my last experience was during the 2017 Parliamentary Elections. It is with a great pleasure and a huge enthusiasm that I'll participate at this experience. I am very excited to contribute to this EOM in Germany.

 

MC3: Anikó Paróczai

I'm Anikó from Hungary. I am a master student in international economics at the University of Debrecen, my field of research is institutional economics. I've been conducting research in the topic of democracy, development and growth, currently I am examining the institutional effects of international organizations.
I am also a truly enthusiastic digital marketer and volunteer. As a marketer, I've been started my carrier as an intern at a Geneva-based smart-up company. Since, my job was mostly home-based, I gained benefits of working remotely, and recently I got selected as an Ambassador of Flexpat Community, where my task is to promote the advantages of remote work.
As a volunteer, I am a member of several associations and I've been a member and a co-Founder, as Head of Conference Development of the very first TEDxDebrecenUniversity event in Hungary.
It's an honor for me to join the AEGEE Election Observation Mission to Germany, I am highly motivated and ready to face all of upcoming challenges in order to provide a unique and useful observation for every team member.
