| ● How does it work if I am making a movie? When do I have to send it in....? Who should I contact in this case? |
As far as I know, you should please send us your movie well in advance until the 15th of April to the responsible’s e-mail address (see the organizers page), so that our movie experts can make the program and decide upon the order of the movies. Moreover please bring a second copy with you, when you come to Karlsruhe! (For security and backup reasons)

| ● How much is the participants fee, and what does the participation cost? |
| The fee is 50 EUR, reduced to 40 EUR if paid before 21st of April. |

| ● Where is Karlsruhe? |
| Karlsruhe lies at the river Rhine and is located in the south west of Germany at the foot of the black forest mountains. That is also why it is called the "Gate to the black forest"? The city with 270000 inhabitants is situated in the Upper Rhine Valley. It is being said, that Karlsruhe is one of the warmest cities in Germany, so at the end of may you can already expect nice weather. |

| ● What' the language spoken during the movie festival? Do I need to speak german? |
| As the movie festival is an international event, the language spoken will be English. Participants are not required to speak German, because even in the bars here in Karlsruhe you can order in English without any problems. And if you need any help your organizer on duty is always there for you. |
