Deadlines for Activity Programms: (this is NEW – a measure taken to improve the quality of SUs – so it means that SU organizers will send a plan with all the planned activities to the SUCT some weeks/days before the event starts)

31.10.2010 Deadline for organizers to submit the financial and activity reports of their SU The official deadline when the application form will be closed is 30th of April, but each local can set a custom deadline before this deadline. Check with your local if there is a special deadline for you.

After the applications are closed, the preselection algorithm will be executed. This algorithm will preselect you in one of you three choices. The algorithm takes into consideration a series of parameters that will be published in the next weeks.

Applicants who only select one choice will be directly preselected for this choice.

Normally, this step will take 5 days after the application form has been closed.

After the preselection algorithm has assigned each applicant a SU, the Incoming Control Panels of the locals will be enabled. All the organizers of the SUs will receive the motivation letters from the applicants that were preselected for their SU and they will have to select the better ones!

This will take around a week after the preselection has finished.

You will be informed in any case: if you are selected, if you are not selected or if you are in the waiting list.

If you are not selected to the SU where you were preselected, you still have a lot of chances to go on a SU!
Through this website will be pusblished all the vacancies that show up in any SU. You will have to fill in a new application form for this SU, but with no deadline and no preselection. As soon as the organizers read your application, you'll get an answer.

Find your closest AEGEE local and join them. Here you have the whole list of AEGEE locals.

Once you are a member of an AEGEE local, you can register in the AEGEE-Europe Intranet After you fill in the form, your local will have to validate it. After they have validated it, you'll have all the credentials to apply for any AEGEE event like the SUs!
Take into consideration that after you register in Intranet, you have to wait 30 minutes for the system to process the data. Please, be patient. Then you will be able to log in the SU Website.
