Raluca Ropa is a student at the National School of Political Science and Public Administration in Bucharest, Romania. She presented my article, "Security Problems in the New Architecture of Europe. The Kosovo crisis", at the "National Conference of Political Science", in Cluj in September 1999.

Raluca is employed as a collaborator at the "Commission for work and Social Protection", at the Chamber of Deputies.
