Beach, mountains, good weather, places to visit, areas to hang out...all of this are some stuffs that you can find in Benicassim. It’s a small town located 15 km from Castelló, and it’s perfect for spending the summer. Every year, this town fits itself to our needs without losing the Mediterranean spirit, making it a modern place with an old soul ideal for holidays. Besides, with a lot of things to do in your free time, such as hiking, going to the waterpark, taking a walk around the center or just drinking something while you’re laying at the beach, give to Benicassim several reasons of why it’s a must on this Summer University.

Magical village in the mountains. It's been chosen Spain's most beautiful village. It's unique with it's amazing buildings and streets. This town is a medieval scenario itself and you will be amazed with the castle and the walls

This is probably one of the most beautiful towns in all the Spanish Mediterranean coast. Famous because of its castle, which used to belong to Benedict XIII, located over the sea in a piece of land, rounded by huge walls and small white houses, are just a small piece of what you will fall in love once you’ll get there. Beyond all of this beauty, there is an interesting story which you can discover there about this ‘pope’, who tried to steal the catholic powers to the real one in the XIV Century. Apart from this powerful cultural atmosphere, Peñíscola is also a good place for chilling in the beach, eating something in one of the hundreds of good restaurants that you can find there, or sailing with the boats around the coast. Clearly a place impossible to skip.

Castelló de la Plana

Small, yes, but this doesn’t mean that you won’t like this city. Actually it’s really easy to like it, because what you can find there during your stay will be more than enough to make you feel good. Just to take a walk around the city center, to drink something inside of small bars, or to choose between relaxing at the mountains or at the beach are also some of the activities that you can do in this small but entertaining city. Lastly, the list of small towns nearby the city that you’ll find in this description, such as Benicassim, Peñíscola and so on, will complete your desires of having fun during this Summer University.

It’s impossible to be bored in an awesome city, isn’t it? Valencia is one of the best Spanish examples to confirm it. This is a city full of light, green places and life! Here you will sunbathe in the beach, take a break into a dry river, visit amazing monuments, buildings and go over streets where you will revive (and create) interesting stories!
Visiting the biggest aquarium in Europe, sightseeing around the city, tasting a paella, and enjoying its nightlife, you won’t want to leave Valencia. Be sure that you will fall in love with this gorgeous city!
