LeónLeón is a beautiful Spanish city, with more than 130,000 inhabitants, capital of an ancient kingdom and the owner of the purest and most beautiful Gothic Cathedral in Spain; cradle of Kings and Parlamentarism. The city of León was settled over the lands occupied by the Roman Legio VII Gemina. During the Middle Ages it became the capital city of the Kingdom of León, one of the biggest in the Iberian Peninsula. This splendour of medieval and later periods still can be seen in its art heritage. Besides the cathedral, León has lots of interesting monuments (San Isidoro, San Marcos), that you will see.
Santiago de CompostelaSantiago de Compostela, commonly known as Santiago , is the capital of the autonomous community of Galicia in northwestern Spain.
The city has its origin in the shrine of Saint James the Great, now the city's cathedral, as destination of the Way of St. James, a leading Catholic pilgrimage route originated in the 9th century. In 1985 the city's Old Town was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
A CoruñaA Coruña is a city and municipality of Galicia, Spain. It is the second-largest city in the autonomous community and seventeenth overall in the country. The city is the provincial capital of the province of the same name, having also served as political capital of the Kingdom of Galicia from the 16th to the 19th centuries, and as a regional administrative centre between 1833 and 1982, before being replaced by Santiago de Compostela.
A Coruña is a busy port located on a promontory in the entrance of an estuary in a large gulf (the Portus Magnus Artabrorum of the classical geographers) on the Atlantic Ocean. It provides a distribution point for agricultural goods from the region.
