Capital of Georgia. Tbilisi is well known for being European, medieval and foreign all at once. Here you can enjoy the beautiful scenery - old fortress, narrow alleys, delicate balconies, ancient churches and old houses clung to the cliffs above the river.

City of the Eastern province of Kakheti. It is home to several of the region’s world-famous wineries, art museums, castles and a theater highlighting folk singing and dancing. Telavi is located at the crossroad of the region and is an ideal place to stop for lunch.

The town of Stepantsminda (also called Kazbegi) itself is charming and a wonderful base camp for exploring Georgia further. Most of the houses are surrounded by amazing views of the mountains, and often the picturesque Gergeti Trinity Church. The mountain that is mostly picturesque is at 5,047 meters above sea level. Its name is Kazbegi Mountain (or Mkinvartsveri) and is the third highest mountain in Georgia. There are lots of myths and religious tradition around this mountain.

Mestia is the main regional center of Zemo (Upper) Svaneti and is 1,500 meters above sea level. People interested in religious history will find plenty of examples of wall paintings, frescoes and icons from the Middle Ages in the churches around Mestia. This place is also unique for its typical Svanetian towers.

The “Pearl of the Black Sea” as it is often called - is located in the autonomous republic of Adjara. European architects undertook numerous projects in Batumi at the beginning of the 20th century and today it remains a hub of architectural innovation.
