Conferences The International Politics Working Group of
AEGEE-Europe together with AEGEE-Hamburg organised the first conference within AEGEE regarding the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict:The European Role in the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict taking place in August 2002 in
Hamburg, Germany. As a result of this conference the PIE Project Team was founded to organise further meetings between European, Israeli and Palestinian students. The conferences organized by the PIE team aim to build a network of committed young people to enhance the understanding of the Israeli - Palestinian Conflict, to encourage further
cooperative non-violent communication, and to aid the comprehension and perception of the 'other'. |
