Trainers wanted!

From September 30th till October 7th, 2015, we are organising the first edition of our Election Observation Training in Köln, Germany. The Training will count with 30 participants from 8 countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Italy, Poland, the Russian Federation, Spain, Ukraine, and Germany itself.

Are you looking for a special challenge as a trainer and moderator?
You can now apply as one of the 6 members of the Trainers Team!

The Trainers Team coordinates the programme of the Training. They develop the methodology, prepare the programme, decide on the external speakers, and facilitate all sessions of the Training including the daily evaluation rounds. A preliminary version of the programme can be found here.

For this purpose, Trainers should be available for a few Skype meetings during July and August, and should be able to arrive to Köln at least one day in advance of the Training.

Since the Training is funded by Erasmus+, all travel costs and other expenses of Trainers will be covered by AEGEE-Köln. However, since AEGEE is a 100% voluntary organisation, a per diem is not foreseen.

It should be mentioned that due to the conditions of the Erasmus+ grant, it is highly preferable that you are resident in one of the participating countries mentioned above. This does not preclude applications from other countries, but it is a factor that will be taken into consideration during the selection. Apart from that, you should be younger than 30 years of age.

Applications for the Trainers Team are open until Tuesday, July 14th. Please apply here.

We are looking forward to your applications!
