Professor dr. Albert P. van Goudoever (Utrecht University, Netherlands)
Professor dr. Albert P. van Goudoever is an experienced historian; he wrote scientific books and many articles on the history of the Soviet Union, Eastern European countries, especially on Romania, and on International relations, addressing also the Human Rights issue.
He participated as member of its first Board in the creation of the School of Human Rights Research of Utrecht University.
